If you can't find an answer to your question below, please use the contact me page and I will respond to you within 24 hours. 1) I've never had a reading before, what can I expect? When you order a tarot or rune stone reading from me, I will carry the reading out and deliver it to your inbox. You can also request to have your reading mailed to you at work or at home. The reading I carry out for you, will be personal and specific. I take great care with providing readings, and on average spend between 60 and 90 minutes on each one. I treat all my customers with care and respect, and you can be assured that details of your reading will never be disclosed to anybody other than you. 2) What sort of question should I ask when ordering my reading? This is entirely dependant upon your individual circumstance. A personal reading can help give insight into just about any matter you could think of. What are you curious about right now? Take a moment to consider what is going on in your life right now that you would like some guidance on, and ask a question that is meaningful to you. It is not recommended to ask a question that requires a yes or no answer. Let me give you an example. Question: Will my relationship with my boyfriend end? This is an example of a bad way to phrase a question when ordering your reading. I can carry out a reading and concentrate it on your love life, however I am not prepared to respond and say YES YOUR RELATIONSHIP WILL END or NO YOUR RELATIONSHIP WON'T END, simply because the power to decide this is in your hands alone, not mine. What I CAN do, is offer guidance based upon the cards that came up in your reading. Therefore, in this example, the best way to phrase your question would be something like this, "How can I ensure my relationship doesn't end?" or "What do I need to know about my relationship right now?". Don't panic if you are having difficulty phrasing your question, I can help you with this, contact me and we can have a chat about it. 3) I want to purchase a reading as a gift, how do I do that? If you know which reading you want to order, simply fill out the order form on that page, and use the additional comments box to tell me that you are purchasing this reading as a gift, and tell me who you would like the reading to be delivered to. I will need their first name, date of birth, and email address. Use the additional comments field for all these details. When I receive your order, I will contact you to confirm the recipients details and ask you when you would like the reading to be delivered. If you have any questions at all, just contact me using the contact me page and I will ensure you fully understand the process before you make your purchase. 4) Are my details secure when paying online? Yes. Tarot Order payments are processed using Paypal, this means that at no time does anybody ever see your payment information, including me. Your information is processed securely and privately. Once you have made your transaction, you will be automatically directed back to Tarot Order. Paypal will email you a receipt for your records, and I will receive an email telling me which product you have ordered. I will then pair the Paypal email up with your order form, and contact you via email to let you know when to expect your reading. Under normal circumstances you will receive your reading within 24 hours. Please note, if you have purchased a spell casting, upon receipt of your payment I will contact you via email with full details on which spell I will use for you. 5) I don't know which service I want to order, I'm confused! Don't panic. You can easily contact me using the contact me page. Feel free to explain your circumstance, we'll have a chat about it and find a solution that's perfect for you. I will work with you at all times to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. 6) Is there anybody you won't read for? I will not read for anybody under the age of 16. I would also ask that before buying a reading as a gift, ensure the recipient is not against having their tarot or runes read. I also reserve the right to refuse to carry out a reading if I suspect the querent to be involved in any conspiracy, anything illegal, or anything that I consider to be unethical. 7) Can I get a refund if I don't like my reading? All services offered here at Tarot Order, are non refundable. I spend a great deal of time and care with each reading, and have done everything I can to ensure you enter into a readng request fully informed. I am unable to offer the time and commitment to your reading or service free of charge, believe me I would love to be able to! The payment you make, covers my time and energy reading for you, therefore this money is non refundable.
